Self Heal (Prunella vulgaris)

Organically grown in 3 1/2 inch pots.  Hardy from zones 3-9.  The purple flowers can be picked and dried for use in tea.  Traditionally used as an antiviral, for mouth sores, an astringent, and also contain a high level of antioxidants which is useful for preventing disease.  Leaves can be tossed into a salad, soup or stew for a nutritious boost.
